- CHOICE OF THE RELAY POINT WHEN ORDERING:

The choice of relay point is made after payment and cannot be changed. If you are unable to select one, Mondial Relay will select the available relay point closest to you and you will be notified of this when there are any updates to the status of the package.
Prefer home delivery if you do not have flexibility in your travels. Not Madäme cannot be held responsible if the relay point does not suit you.
It is therefore not necessary to contact us for this reason
No order can be canceled or changed.

- RETURNS

It may take up to 14 working days to process returns ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE in our warehouses.
No email is sent before the refund notification and therefore the processing of your return.
If you have not received a refund notification after 14 working days upon receipt of your package, you can at this time contact us so that our team can check.

- ORDER GROUPS ARE NOT POSSIBLE
