- CHOICE OF THE RELAY POINT WHEN PLACING THE ORDER:


If you are unable to select a relay point, Mondial Relay will select one available closest to you and you will be notified during the various updates of the status of the package.
Prefer home delivery if you do not have flexibility in your travels. Not Madäme cannot be held responsible if the relay point does not suit you.
It is therefore not necessary to contact us for this reason.
No order can be canceled or modified.

- RETURNS

Returns may take up to 14 business days to be processed. ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE in our warehouses.
No email is sent before the refund notification and therefore, the processing of your return.
If you have not received a refund notification after 14 working days upon receipt of your package, you can contact us at this time so that our team can check.

- COMBINATIONS OF ORDERS ARE NOT POSSIBLE
