1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN REQUEST HERE
You have 14 days to make a return.
After this period and without a prior return request, no return will be accepted.
(if the item is defective, please tick the "defective" box and contact us so that we can edit a label for you)
Once your return request has been made (see 1. above).
The terms and conditions will be available to you on the same page.
You can use the carrier of your choice but if you choose Mondial Relay, you will have to go through the specific link proposed in paragraph 2 below.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ATTENTION: NO RETURNS ON UNDERWEAR AND JERSEYS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR HYGIENE REASONS
2 CREATE A RETURN LABEL WITH MONDIAL RELAY
You have the possibility to make your return Via Mondial Relay.
(You drop off the package at the nearest relay point and delivery will be made to our warehouse)

NO PACKAGES SHIPPED TO A RELAY POINT WILL BE COLLECTED.
3. You will receive a notification the day your return is processed and the refund issued.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: APPROXIMATELY 14 DAYS
There is no notification when we receive your package.
So keep your tracking number.
Jewelry/clothing that is received damaged (torn, punctured, traces of foundation, smell etc.) will not be refunded
If an error on the product is proven (wrong item received or defective) a request for a return label must imperatively be done at the following address: sav.notmadame@gmail.com.
No support for return costs will be made if the customer decides to ship the products himself.
Once the article has been received, the refund of it will be made according to the methods mentioned above..
The return is at the Customer's risk.
When using a gift card, reimbursement is made on this one first.
Reimbursement of shipping costs is made up to the level of the least expensive delivery option offered.
Not Madame reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
- When the package is sent beyond 14 days after receipt of your order.
- When the item is not returned with its label and/or in poor condition.
- When the item has been worn and/or washed.
NOT MADAME reserves the right to block any Customer who behaves suspiciously or who places an abusive order.
When returning this order, preparation and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
All parcels whose stamp shows a date greater than 14 days will be refused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you return it in a tracked package.
ATTENTION: IN CASE OF CLAIM OF A CUSTOMS TAX ON A RETURN PACKAGE, THE AMOUNT WILL REMAIN AT YOUR EXPENSE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REIMBURSEMENT
